The ergonomic compliance of the workstation is assessed against ergonomics safety criteria (Risk Assessment).
Risk Assessment
Once the training is completed the user can enter the assessment centre. Here questions are asked which deal with the issues that arise in the training modules.
The workstation assessment data is collected and then fed into the Learning Management System which offers the employee valuable workstation ergonomics advice and also alters management of any ergonomics issues which need to be assessed.
